Information you provide
When you contact Ken, create an account, place an order, or use another website form, the site may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, billing or shipping details, and order information. Payment-card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by Ken Stoecklin Photography through optional measurement tools.
Essential website functions
The website platform may use essential cookies or similar storage for security, account access, shopping-cart and checkout functions, and remembering necessary site settings. These functions may operate even when optional measurement is declined because the website cannot provide the requested service without them.
Optional Analytics & Advertising Measurement
With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use the website, measure visits from advertising campaigns, and understand key On the Wall steps such as viewing the free demo, completing a mockup or video, selecting Buy It Now, starting checkout and completing a purchase. These tools may receive pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral or campaign source, and limited interaction events. Ken Stoecklin Photography does not intentionally send uploaded artwork, names, email addresses, payment details or form-message contents in these measurement events.
Optional Google and Meta measurement stays off until you choose Allow Measurement. If you choose Decline, those optional tools remain off and their measurement cookies are removed when possible. You can change your choice later by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer.
How information is used
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- To operate accounts, carts, orders, delivery, and customer support.
- To understand website performance and improve useful content and artwork presentation when measurement is allowed, including measuring visits from advertising campaigns.
- To protect the website, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website and fulfill a request, including the Sytist website platform, website hosting providers, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta measurement when allowed, payment processors, and delivery providers. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and sharing
Information is kept only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, security, and legal obligations. Ken Stoecklin Photography does not sell or rent personal information. Optional measurement is used to understand and improve the site, measure advertising results, and—when allowed—help show relevant On the Wall advertising.
Your choices
You may allow or decline optional measurement and change that choice later through Cookie Settings. You may also use your browser controls to remove stored cookies. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided, contact ken@kenstoecklin.com. Some records may need to be retained for completed transactions, security, tax, or other legal requirements.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and Ken Stoecklin Photography does not knowingly collect their personal information through this website without appropriate authorization.
