How picture day works
Step 1
Before picture day
Your school will provide the picture-day date and any instructions specific to your student. If a form was provided, keep it handy.
Step 2
On picture day
I work with school staff to photograph students efficiently, create a strong portrait and keep disruption to the school day to a minimum.
Step 3
Order and delivery
Complete and return the order form on or before picture day. Your selected portrait package will be delivered to the school after I receive the finished order from the lab. Reorder information will be included and will link directly to the online reorder site.
Common questions
I lost the gallery link or access information.
Check the information sent home by your school or contact the school office. If you still need help, use the contact button below.
What if my child missed picture day?
Retake and make-up arrangements vary by school. Please follow the instructions provided by your school.
I have a question about an order.
Please include the student’s name, school and order number when contacting us. That helps us solve the problem without the usual email scavenger hunt.
